After all, it’s a friendship… Neymar, who played less than a minute in Japan, played full time in Korea

Neymar clearly loves Korea, as he didn’t play a single minute in the three games of the Japan tour, but started in South Korea and was influential throughout.

PSG beat Jeonbuk 3-0 in the third leg of their Coupang Play series at Busan Asiad Stadium at 5 p.m. on Wednesday, with Neymar’s multi-goal performance and a Marco Asensio brace.

Lee Kang-in came on as a 24th-minute substitute in the second half and played around 20 minutes.

With Lee on the bench, Neymar surprisingly got the start. Neymar, who missed all three friendlies in Japan – against Al Nasr on July 25, Cerezo Osaka on July 28, and Inter Milan on July 1 – started in Busan.

PSG played shaky defense against Jeonbuk and countered with Neymar’s dribbling runs. Neymar’s dribbling often created space for other PSG players as the Jeonbuk defense swarmed around him.

Neymar seemed to create scoring chances with his bold breaks. In the 20th minute, Neymar exchanged one-touch passes with Hugo Ekitiqe and entered the Jeonbuk box, where he collided with Jeonbuk defender Petrasek and went down in the box. Neymar claimed a penalty kick, but it was not awarded. Neymar struck again in the 38th minute with an unstoppable left-footed mid-range shot from the left side of the Jeonbuk box that left Jeonbuk goalkeeper Jung Min-ki stunned. 먹튀검증

Neymar opened the scoring with a fantastic individual effort. In the 40th minute, Neymar shook up the defense with a brilliant run inside the Jeonbuk box, unleashing an unstoppable right-footed shot that deflected off a defender and rattled the left post. 1-0 lead for PSG.

In the 42nd minute, Ekitiqe took a pass from Neymar in the box and fired a shot straight at the keeper.

Neymar held his ground even when Lee finally came on as a substitute in the 24th minute. He ended the night as a full-time substitute following the 38th minute multi goal.

Neymar won over many Korean fans with his great fan service and serious attitude during his visit to Brazil last June. The Brazilian and PSG star showed his true colors in Korea.
