The Ulsan Hyundai Mobis won 104-66 in a scrimmage against Myeongji University on Nov. 11 at the Hyundai Mobis Phoebus Basketball Team Gym.

Speaking before the game, Hyundai Mobis head coach Cho Dong-hyun said, “We’re going to play everyone evenly. However, (Seo) Myung-jin won’t play much. Originally, we didn’t want him to play, but our new guards were injured, so we’ll have him play short,” he said, sharing his game strategy.

“On defense, we emphasized the basics. You can’t give up more than 60 points to a college team. (Laughs) The same goes for the offense. We need to focus on the basics,” he said, emphasizing the fundamentals.

Hyundai Mobis struggled a bit in the beginning of the game. They couldn’t control their opponent’s fast offense. Kim Kook-chan scored from the outside and Jang Jae-seok from under the basket, but the game remained tight. At 12-11, Hyundai Mobis called for a timeout.
